Die aromatischen Gewürze und die Rosinen mit dem feinen Lammfleisch ergeben eine tolle eingekochte aromatische Sauce, die durch den cremigen Minz-Joghurt noch richtig gut ergänzt wird. Dazu hab ich Reis gemacht, aber ein frisch aufgebackenes (Fladen-)Brot passt sicher auch gut.
