Dazu Walnüsse und Granatapfelkerne und ein Dressing mit Orange und Senf. Süß, sauer, bitter, frisch, zart, crunchy und cremig. Alles in einem Salat! Als herbstliche Vorspeise oder als Hauptgericht, in jedem Fall ist es wahnsinnig lecker. Also probiert das mal aus!
